Paul Bibby
Chairman
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and was the managing partner of North West law firm MSB solicitors. He retired in 2018 to pursue charitable interests and is on the board of Everton in the Community , Alder Hey Children’s Charity , Sandfield Park Special school and the Everyman. Married with 2 sons he enjoys golf, travel and Everton FC.
Andy Bell
Trustee
Andy is an actuary and founder of FTSE 250 listed investment platform AJ Bell plc. Andy is an owner of three Michelin star restaurant Moor Hall, is a season ticket holder at Everton FC and is a keen padel tennis player and skier.
Andrew Moss
Trustee
Andrew is a corporate partner with DSG Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a former President of the Liverpool Society of Chartered Accountants. Andrew works with a number of not for profit organisations in addition to a varied portfolio of owner managed businesses and has previously held trustee positions with the Liverpool and Merseyside Theatres Trust and a local further education college. Andrew is a season ticket holding Evertonian.
Adam Gough

Adam Gough is the founder of Forward Land, a UK consultancy specialising in sustainable tourism accommodation for landowners, local authorities, and public bodies. Since 2006, Adam has advised on the planning, development, and operation of more than £100 million of luxury and sustainable holiday schemes across the country. He is an advisor to local authorities across the country as well as regional and national tourism bodies on tourist accommodation strategies and delivery programmes. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from strategy and masterplanning to operational delivery, always with a focus on creating long-term value for clients and communities.
A hands-on advisor, Adam is known for combining clear, data-led thinking with a practical, personable approach. He enjoys rugby, golf, running and watching Everton FC, and spends much of his free time in the UK countryside with his wife, young daughter, and two dogs.
